Founded in 2015, the owner of CJ Real Estate and Services (Christoffer Jacobsson) decided to open our first office.

Inspired by working in the Costa Blanca area as a sales agent, he realized that many others make the buying process much more complicated for their clients than it really is. Christoffer felt it was unfair and unethical when he saw competing agents leave hidden negative surprises for their clients to deal with in the future all for the sake of a sale. With the mindset that buying a home is one of the most important decisions a family makes, he knew he could make the process much easier by being fair and fast, and that's what we've done!

We make sure that the properties we work directly with are fully legal and we make sure that there are no unexpected surprises. This makes the buying and selling process so much easier and allows our clients to enjoy the experience instead of just causing a headache. We work hard so you don't have to worry! 

With our multilingual office staff, we can accommodate clients from all over the world. Our head office is located in Villamartin, Orihuela Costa, because we feel that this is the center field of the South coast of the Costa Blanca, with desirable beach and golf destinations stretching north and south.
